Being a small, rural business, we have to operate a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than one month (four weeks) in advance of your booking will receive a 50% refund. However, if we can re-book the Pod for the dates of your stay, we will provide you with a full refund.
We cannot guarantee a refund if you cancel your stay within one month (less than 4 weeks) of your trip. If we are able to re-book the Pod, we will refund you in full. If we are unable to re-book the Pod, we will not be able to offer you a refund.
If you are unable to make it to Coll due to unforeseen circumstances such as a ferry cancellation, we will provide a full refund.
